JP grew up in the property management world, learning very young what it entailed to be a property management field. Earned his BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Franklin Pierce University. He then went on to earn a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Through out his career he has worked with individual owners, Insurance companies, REITS and Government agencies managing their real estate assets. He holds a Real Estate Brokers license in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and South Carolina.
